Shipping & Returns

We are sure you will be completely satisfied with your items but if for some reason you are not happy please contact us immediately and will be try to accommodate your issues.

Our orders will be posted as soon as possible but once they leave our premises it is beyond our control on how long they will take to arrive.  We use Royal Mail and Parcel2Go.  These we find the most cost effective and efficient.  

If your order is required urgently for a special date please let us know by writing in the notes section of the check out screen and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

Good Customer Service is our priority.  We usually reply to all messages within 24 hours (excluding bank holidays)  if you do not receive a reply please check your message box to confirm the email was sent.

 

RETURNS OR EXCHANGE

We like to keep things simple at Joystitchworks so you can return any of our non custom products within 14 days of receipt.

 

To be eligible for a refund your items must be unused and in the same condition you receive them and in the original packaging

 

How to return an item for refund

 

 

  • We will contact you within 24 hours (excluding bank holidays)

 

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item.  Shipping costs are non refundable unless the product is faulty. 

 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

 

  • At Joystitchworks customer satisfaction is paramount.  That is why any item received, deemed to be faulty or damaged, will be replaced or refunded once it is received back from you.  Please note, all items must be returned in their original packaging.  We can issue a replacement item up to 14 days from receipt of retuned package.

 

 

NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS

 

Because of the nature of the items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns of the following:

 

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Face Masks for reasons of Hygiene

  • Items on Sale/Clearance

 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

 

If you have placed an order but realised you have either made a mistake or want to cancel the purchase we ask you to contact us as soon as possible.  If we are able to stop the delivery in time then you will receive a full refund.  If the order has already been sent you will incur the cost of shipping the item out, once we have received the return of the product.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

 

When you place an order it is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is correct. We will not be able to refund or replace your order if the shipping address provided is missing key details.  Please make sure you check your address carefully before confirming your order

 

It is your responsibility as a customer to make sure that your address is correct and up to date on PayPal. 

 

 

CUSTOM/PERSONALISED ITEMS


Our custom orders will take approximately 7-14 days to make and prepare for shipping. 

PRODUCT CARE

 

All our products made from cotton, non fray fleece or fur fabric are fully washable at 30 C. Do not tumble dry.  To dry the products it is recommended to hang on a washing line or dry flat
